Alithea Howes

I am a photographer, illustrator, and designer based in New York City.

My childhood in the bay area gave me a love of both urban environments and breathtaking natural beauty. My parents, both designers, gave me a love of travel, a knowledge of art history, and an interest in almost every art form there is.

After earning my BFA from NYU, I spent over a decade as a performance artist in New York’s nightlife scene. I’ve recently shifted my focus to visual art, predominantly watercolors and photography.

My work is currently available for commissions and licensing.
